Return Policy

Unopened bottles may be returned completely undamaged, with the original seal, within 30 days of the original purchase. The product(s) must be in brand new condition.

For the full refund you must contact the Customer Service Ticket Center and request and RMA#. This number should be clearly written on the outside of the package or it will NOT be accepted. RMA# is only valid for 3 days.  You must also include a completed and signed Return Request Form. All incomplete forms will be rejected.

Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to MeltRX.com. MeltRX.com is not responsible for items that may be lost, damaged, returned, or any other reason the package may not arrive at our office in a timely manner. We will not be responsible to refund you if you gave us an inaccurate shipping address such as typo. No return will be allowed for bulk/wholesale orders. If product(s) are not adequately insured and are damaged or lost while being shipped to us, we cannot issue a refund. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Promotional Offers Refunds
Refunds for products received through special promotion, either at a discounted price or at no cost, will be made as a credit from the total order. For instance, if you buy 3 bottles but received 4 and decided to return 1, you will be refunded 1/4 of total amount you paid for the items.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you must do so within 6 hours of the checkout time recorded at the completion of the order. If you do not cancel within the 6 hours time frame you will be charged a cancellation fee of $7.99. Please call us at 1-800-701-4556 to cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. If the order is already in transit, it cannot be cancelled and you would be responsible for shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Please make sure all of your questions are answered before placing your order.

Damaged shipping container/package
Errors or missing merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After this time frame, it will be assumed that your order was accurate upon completion and no further claims can be made. If the delivery container appears crushed, collapsed, or severely damaged upon delivery, please notify the shipping company immediately (usually UPS, 800-PICK-UPS). For proof, keep all contents as they were upon arrival. After the freight company decides to pick up the damaged goods, an investigation process will usually take place, and can last 7-10 days. Fraudulent Activities
The fraudulent use of credit cards to purchase MeltRX is forbidden. All fraudulent activities will be reported directly to FBI. We work very hard with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute fraud. Whether you use VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, our system will automatically verify all addresses. Your IP address will be automatically recorded as part of your order. Our company requires a signed authorization for every order that is made over $500, which should be filled out by the cardholder, and faxed back to us in order for us to process the order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Any products you purchase will be shipped to the address you provide. Check with your country’s local Customs office to see if they allow the shipment of the products you would like to purchase. Any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations outside the United States should be figured out prior to your purchase and are not the responsibility of MeltRX.com. Please remember, laws in regards to shipping products are different in every country.

No refund will be issued for packages seized by Customs Officials, unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If a package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are responsible for any shipping and restocking fees, as well as any additional fees from duties or taxes. Please note that most orders make is through customs without a hassle.
