If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days from the order date. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and merchandise credit for one (1) opened item, less shipping and handling. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

*Refund credit only valid for unopened bottles in new condition.

After returning the bottle(s) allow 3-4 weeks for your refund to be processed. Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our faciity as well as any cost associated with it.

MeltRX.com reserves the right to refuse or reject any returns and deny any and all refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity or for any other reason deemed appropriate by MeltRX.com. Return requests that do not completely comply with the MeltRX.com Return Policy will be rejected. Rejected items will be sent back at the customer's expense.

MeltRX.com is not responsible for items that may be lost, damaged, etc. or for any other reason why the package may not arrive to us in a timely manner. We recommend tracking the shipment.
